Jeff Lish and All American Landscaping started working on our property in September, 2018. The company has completed several large drainage projects, removed a large gravel pad & installed an entire garden, and built us a beautiful retaining wall including a planter bed. The company also handles our weekly landscape maintenance. Jeff's team is easy to work with and his prices are reasonably and he is present on every job serving as the principal point of contact. Great communications skills set him apart from much of the landscaping community, and the customer is at the center of everything they do. Jeff and his crew are awesome. We had a pretty big slope in our backyard that was basically making our yard useless. We wanted a retaining wall installed to level it out. Jeff came out and walked us through his proposal and submitted a very detailed bid. Work was started promptly and aside from a couple of really bad weather days the work was completed in under two weeks. We couldn’t be more happy with the final product. Jeff stands behind his work and came out and adjusted a couple of things because he wasn’t happy with them. I highly recommend this company for any work or yard maintenance you are looking for. Jeff literally put blood, sweat and tears into this project.

Jeff and crew did a wonderful job cleaning up our 2.5 acre property in Battle Ground this winter as well as reshaping the entry of our driveway. They were easy to work with, followed up on their communication and showed up exactly when they said they would. I had AALM install 400 feet of french drain. The price was a bit higher than others but it was because of the quality. Jeff made sure it was done right and has made a couple of adjustments to my request to make sure that I was satisfied. I'm very satisfied! The drain is working great and because it was done right (fabric, 6" ADS, trench filled with rocks), I know it will last many years. He included clean-out ports in case it ever gets plugged. Even though the weather was not ideal, it only took AALM three days, which included cutting and trenching additional conduit across a roadway. They even installed a solid sleeve pipe over the flex ADS for the portion that crossed the roadway. They made sure it was all patched up and cleaned when they were done. Good job!

There was a break in the weather and I desperately needed my lawn mowed. I just moved into my house and I have had no time to buy a mower and mow myself. The lawn was overgrown and it was starting to drive me crazy. Jeff answered when I called and was immediately willing to go check my lawn for me and let me know what could be done. He quoted me an awesome price (military discount included which is awesome!) and came out to mow for me. I came home from work and the lawn looked amazing. I appreciate the work they put in and the time they took out of their day to get it done for me last minute. I HIGHLY recommend them for any landscaping service you need done.

From the start I appreciated the Professionalism and honesty Jeff and the guys showed through the project. After being ghosted by another company for this project I was thankful for the quick responses and ease at which he answered my questions and changed the bid to suit my needs and budget. I love the work they did. My new patio, side yard, and driveway look great and they were able to get the work done quicker then they projected. Jeff was great about keeping me up to date on the progress of the project. He was upfront with me about how the weather would play a role in how quickly they could finish and they went above and beyond to get it done. I am patiently waiting for the weather to get a bit better so they can add the acid stain to the patio. The crew was respectful to the neighborhood and my property. I cant wait for the next project I have them help me with.

All American Landscape & Maintenance is entering their third year as our community’s landscape company at Whipple Creek II condominiums. They are a full-service company handling our lawn maintenance, edging, weeding and pruning of all community garden beds. They monitor our irrigation system throughout the season, making repairs or changes to the existing sprinklers as needed.
They have provided help and expertise with drainage issues on our property including installation of French drains and retaining walls. Jeff and his crew do an excellent job each week making our community shine. They are prompt, courteous, friendly and just good people, always willing to go the extra mile for us. Jeff and his crew do all the yard maintenance in the community I live in. After talking to Jeff about extending my patio he jumped on it right away. Jeff and his crew just completed a driveway expansion at my home. My wife and I are very happy with the completed job. The cost was very fair. Jeff presented multiple options to us in addition to discussing all the details before the job was started so that we had the correct expectations. Absolutely great crew here. Jeff and his guys are shockingly prompt in communication and coordinating schedules for getting top soil and new bark dust down. They take their time to make sure we're on the same page as far as expectations and value for what they deliver. They have been providing maintenance for almost a year now and it's always so nice to drive up to a well cared for landscape. And spending time in the backyard is very enjoyable when you can look out and see everything cared for instead of dead vegetation and weeds. Super honest and provide a great value for my home!!!
